To realize the exchange of any garment, you will need to request a return of such garment and then place a new order.
The refund of online orders will be issued through the Web Site to the payment method originally used within a maximum period of 14 days.
Once the return is realized, a new order can be started.
If you are not happy with your order, once it arrived, you can return it to us within 15 days of placing since the order arrived. You can request your return in-store or by post.
Returns at Festa’s stores
The return in a physical store is free cost. You can arrive to any of our stores bringing with stores bringing with you the confirmation e-mail where the number of your order is shown.
The store will provide you a return confirmation and the refund will be issued to the original form of payment within a maximum placement of 14 days. The refund will always be done from the central, not in the stores.
In the cash orders is extremely important to provide your IBAN number and the holder in the invoice attached to your order.
Online returns - Easy!
You will need to introduce the original e-mail you purchased your order with and click in “Start a return”
You will need to verify your personal data and select the carrier of your choice.
We offer you 2 options:
Home pick up return - 2€
If you choose this option, a transporter will arrive to your address to pick up the order. This has an additional cost of 2€ that will be discounted of the total refund.
Post office return- free
If you take the order to any post office your return won’t have any additional cost. You will need to take the order and show the confirmation order that you will have downloaded from the Returns section.
